Question about Exceeding and Not meeting expectations

Ok, so I am applying for university in scotland and I have a question.

My conditions, are ABB at higher, and C at advanced higher.

What would happen if I meeted / exceeded some aspects of the offer, and not others. For example if I got ABC, and B at advanced higher?

I'm guessing I'd need to talk to the university or apply through clearing or something?

You will have failed the offer so the university could reject you. However it is possible the university might accept you anyway. That would be a matter for them to decide. This would be different if you were made a points offer instead of a grade offer.
