If Leicester City can make it to Champions League football, I can pass A-levels. :h:

Targets for the rest of the week:

Finish Chemistry U6 papers up to June 2013

Get started on Physics U6

Finish up to June 2012 for Physics and Chemistry U4 and U5 respectively

Practice polar coordinates enough to do each question under 10 minutes

Quite inactive around here... :colonhash:

@Ayman! Hows your C34 going?

Have you done Edexcel/TeeEm's papers?

Nah man, I'm not too worried about C34 so I haven't done much for it recently. I'm planning to start MadasMaths papers tonight or tomorrow because I have a C34 mock on Sunday. I'll probably do the IAL papers sometime in May. What are the hardest papers you've done?

I've done some integration, ODE, complex number and shm stuff! I have all his A level workbooks downloaded on my PC in case I feel like revising some topics. From the less A level stuff I've only done some mechanics and integration. I'm planning on doing some rotational dynamics, relative motion and moment of inertia in summer though along with pure maths/methods I haven't decided

That's good, you're relaxed from C34, focus on the further and application units, probably much harder.

Honestly, The papers overall aren't too bad of TeeEm's as far I've done.

There are like 1 or 2 questions or some parts of the questions in every paper, which are somewhat tricky. The algebra is (I think) is a bit more harder compared to Normal Edexcel papers, but it's nothing too hard.

I definitely need to practice C3 trig proofs, probably my weakest topic in C34 as of now.

Seeing as tomorrow's 1st May, I really need to kick my revision up a notch.

May exams

I haven't gotten many exams next month, but M3 will either make or break my further maths grade.

I'll try updating every past paper I do from here on.

M3 June 2014 (R):

Marks attained: 74/75
UMS: 100
Time taken: 1 hour 8 mins
Q1 - lol, kinematics. A little less direct than usual. 4:20 (blaze it)
Q2 - very, very nice circular motion question. Took me a decent amount of time to appreciate all the forces. 11:07
Q3 - ugh, took me a while to think of FμRF \leq \mu R for when friction is opposing tension. 14:50
Q4 - slog of a circular motion question. Lost a mark here because I found the incorrect value for AX, but the mark scheme was extremely lenient so I docked a mark. -1 13:37
Q5 - part (a) was standard. Part (b) was reminiscent of M2 stuff but I kinda messed up on my trig here only to fix it while checking. 15:04
Q6 - lovely SHM. 8:03

In other news, I'm very happy at how my chemistry mocks went at school this time - gave me a confidence boost I needed. :h:

Unit 4 - 77/90 (got 79 but my teacher hasn't fixed it yet)
Unit 5 - 82/90
Unit 6 - 44/50
