My journey to 4 A's for a future Medical student :3

So today I did 80 minutes of chemistry, 80 minutes of biology and 40 minutes of German (I spent the entire Thursday doing German so I decided not to do it for 80 minutes today) then I did 4 past papers for maths. I'm quite happy that I'm getting between 85-95% for C1 but I want to push that up to 100% to help me for C2 because God knows I'll need all the help I can get
Today I want to do an hour of biology, chemistry and German revision whilst doing at least 1 or 2 maths papers. I'll then try to see if I can watch any movies in German (I really want to relax but still educate myself at the same time )
I've completed all the work I assigned myself to do today, so I might continue with biology and chemistry content.

Extra: I'm getting so annoyed with maths, I see myself having the potential to get 100% but I make such stupid mistakes (I multiplied 100 by 408 and somehow managed to write 4080 as my answer which cost me a mark )
I forgot to post yesterday, however I spent the day doing mainly maths. I did 2 past papers for maths (got 97% for one paper and I dropped a mark which was for not labelling the axis and another mark for not being able to add fractions properly because I'm a bit stupid) and I went to tuition for maths for 2 hours. I also did a fair amount of German grammar too.

Today I want to do 2 hours of biology, 2 hours of chemistry and 2 hours of German. I'm aiming to do around 2-3 past papers for maths again.

Extra: my levels of motivation over these past few days has just sky rocketed, I'm actually taking everything so seriously and working really hard which makes me pleased with myself. Hopefully results day will reflect this! (135 days away )

Thank you! I'll check your thread out. Good luck to you too :h:
So yesterday I had a change of plans, my mum bought me lots of flash cards, so I just ended up making little notes for everything I'll need to know this year in maths. That includes formulas, and any additional information such as the mathematical models bit at the beginning of stats. I stuck it up on my wall right next to my bed so I'm forced to read it whenever I wake up in the morning/go to sleep in the evening.

Today I've got chemistry tuition for 4 hours then I might onlystart my flash cards for biology just because tomorrow I've got to go somewhere so I'll be away for the entire day. I'll try and bring a few of my flash cards with me just so that my day will be somewhat productive.

You are such a hard worker!
What examboards are you with for bio and chem?
What is your revision strategy?
(I also wanna do medicine )

Thank you so much! I do AQA for both chemistry and biology. I'm planning on finishing every bit of revision 3 weeks after the Easter holidays so I'll just be doing past papers from then onwards. Apart from maths, I've already started that.

What subjects do you do and how are you finding them?
Yesterday I was just doing chemistry past papers. Today unfortunately I didn't manage to get any work done because I was out the entire day (from 5am-9pm) but tomorrow will be much more productive I promise. 💫
So today I have 6 hours of biology tuition planned, then afterwards when I get home I'm thinking of just doing a C2 & an S1 paper. I'll definitely have to refresh my memory over bits of German grammar so I might just spend over an hour doing that too.

I do bio, chem, maths, history
There's a lot of content I need to go over - sigh so much to do, so little time :P

Ah yes I history was really tricky because there's a lot to learn content wise. Don't worry though, hopefully we'll all pull through :h:
This is getting exhausting :frown: anywayyyyy, today I plan on doing 4-5 hours of maths revision (C2 is going so bad for me this is so shocking) and then 2 hours for biology, 2 hours for chemistry and an hour for German. I'm so tired right now so I'll probably start at around 11/12 and finish 11 hours later.
Not going to lie, yesterday wasn't my most productive day. I procrastinated far too much, but I've already started today and I intend on doing all my flash cards for all the German grammar I've done so far. For chemistry I want to finish the entire amount of substance section and for biology I want to do all of the eukaryotic cell structure and cell specialisation and organisation. For maths I'll just finish off what's left of C2 because I didn't do that much yesterday (just like 1/4 of what I wanted to do).

So what do you count as revision for chemistry? Are you talking about writing notes or memorising it? Ah I have so many notes to write as well as memorising it :s-smilie:

Me too! I've done chapter 1 and chapter 3 and I'm only halfway through making notes for chapter 2 but I'm doing past papers at the same time to make sure I'm not behind or anything. I do like 1 a week though so I'm not sure if that counts lol, but other than that I just make notes and condense those notes into flash cards and stick them up on my wall right near my bed. I try to force myself to look at them and it actually does help me so maybe you could try that too

Sounds good - I'll try to adopt that technique cos I do find myself staring blankly at walls during revision hah.
Hope everything continues to go well!

That too is going to be my greatest downfall: staring at nothing! Haha, I hope the technique works for you, and thank you!
So yesterday I didn't do as much work once again (I actually hate you procrastination) but I basically only did German flash cards and grammar work and almost finished what I wanted to for German.
Not gonna do any work today (though my guilty conscience might stop me from that) because it's my birthday  but I still have a week left of the Easter holidays so I'll be working productively this week. Hopefully. 🌚
