Could be perioral dermatitis if it is just around your mouth/nose. Definitely worth seeing a dr if it persists.

You can get it from kissing people :tongue: not just what you were thinking

This is very anecdotal mind you, but have been told to avoid it for eczema and perioral dermatitis.
