Is uniform and geometric the same?

I'm finishing off self teaching S1 and my syllabus says Discrete probability distributions: uniform. I can't find this on the Examsolutions website is this the same as Geometric?

No, it's not the same thing.

Discrete RV's are the third section on this page: http://www.examsolutions.net/maths-revision/syllabuses/Edexcel/period-1/S1/module.php

I'm studying CCEA not Edexcel, there is a section on Geometric Distribution

Okay? I don't think Examsolutions covers geometric distributions. It does cover discrete probability functions, though.

mathswatch, or mymaths or hegartymaths.

I actually don't know, I'm just rambling names I've heard on TSR. Sorry. Somebody else will jump in and give suggestions, hopefully.
