Unnown rash.. Any ideas?

Any ideas on what this could be?
I have been to the doctors however the diagnosis I was given was "Hmmmm, it could be viral.. it could be bacterial.. it could be shingles but I don't think so or it could even be sclerosis.. but I doubt it!"

So I just thought I'd check the wisdom of the internet to see if anyone has any ideas what it might be?
It first appeared about two weeks ago with just one patch and slowly more and more have appeared - they're not painful really and are only itchy when I think about them!
I do also have a much larger patch on my neck which has been there for almost 8 weeks now but I'm not sure if that's related to it or not

Whoops.. I'll try again!
Can you describe what the rash looks like? The attachment doesn't seem to be working

For the love of all that is whole and true, do not Google symptoms or you will cry yourself to sleep tonight. Protip.

Also we cannot see the attachment.

Have you started wearing any new fabrics lately? Used new lotions or aftershave? Washed your bed sheets and clothes properly? It could just be skin irritation from something like that, or someone else you have come into contact with (though it would have to be frequent).

Hmm, I can't seem to get it to work either now. It doesn't open on my phone but is opening on my laptop for some reason!

Anyway, the rash is only on the top half of my body all across chest, stomach, neck and back and looks like ringworm.. but it isn't that, that is one thing the Dr ruled out! Dr did give me a stroid anti-fungal cream which I used for a week but made no difference and has just spread more

Ha, I did consider it but I know I'll go into a meltdown thinking I have meningitis!
Nothing has changed that I can think of and the fact its only my top half kinda put me off that idea too! Plus I've spent a week away at my parents house so I figured it can't be anything in my house as the rash was still spreading while I was there.
The only thing I can think that could possibly have something to do with it is that about a month before the one on my neck showed up I donated my eggs so it could have something to do with all the hormones I was injecting? But I really have no clue!
My first thought would be discoid eczema if the rashes are in roundish patches like with ringworm, but I could be wrong. Maybe you could try seeing a dermatologist who specialises in skin conditions?

It could be due to the hormones. Some can cause rashes. Are you still taking them? Where are you injecting them?

If it's not, although the fact you were at home and it kept growing doesn't say too much. People with allergies such as fur will continue to have symptoms for possibly months after the cat, to use as an example, has vacated the premises for whatever reason. The fur is still there though the cat is not and you moving into a different place simply transfers the allergen if you don't take proper precautions. Even if it's a reaction to something else the principle is pretty much the same.

If you are still worried about the rash, I would suggest getting a second opinion from another GP in your practice. There may well be a GP with a special interest in dermatology.
Well.. In currently sat in the waiting room of the walk in clinic... The receptionist has made me wait in the isolation room 👀 Oh well, at least I'm bound to be seen quicker than the 3 hour wait it's displaying!
Pityriasis Rosea.. no reason for it to appear and no treatment either.. and can take up to 5 month to go away. Real bikini body motivation... fabuloussss :frown:
