Nearly 3 years now...I waste so much time on here. 
Since I'd say since about 2008 lurking? A long time ago.
2006 - started out in the Medicine forum, spent a few years modding D&CA, then back to Medicine.
I honestly believe signing up to TSR is one of the most useful things a med school applicant can do to increase their chances of getting in. The amount of collective knowledge and quality of advice which is given on there by the forum regulars and also on the Medicine Wiki is excellent, if I do say so myself.
The quality of posts in D&CA over the years though...
