Need a little help guys.

Cardboard box cost £60 per 1000.

Each box can fit in 64, 1 litre boxes.

So how much does it cost for that 1 litre box to use 1/64 of the big box?

Could you post a picture of the problem? As you've written it, it's a bit unclear.

Not sure how to put a picture. I'll try again.

A large cardboard box costs £60 per 100.
Each large cardboard box can fit in 64, 1 litre containers.

So I need to work out

1. How much does one large cardboard box cost.
2. After I work this out, I need to work out 1/64 of that cost.

You initially said 1000? Per 100 what?

Each large cardboard box can fit in 64, 1 litre containers.


I'm being thick, but what does this mean? A large cardboard box fits into 64 1 litre containers? What?

Sorry it should be 100.

So a large box, it is made so you can store little containers.

So one large box can hold 64 containers.

Sorry English is not my first language

So 100 cardboard boxes cost 60.

50 cardboard boxes cost 30, 25 cost 15, etc...

1 costs 60/100 = 6/10. Are you okay with that?

So if the box was full 64 bottles would cost 60p.

You want 1 bottle, so 60p/64.
