Do you need both parents when applying for the NHS bursary

Say both my parents are married and living together, but it's becoming difficult to get one of my parents to fill in part of the form. Can I just send it without their information and still receive the full bursary?

No you need both if they are living together otherwise your application could be considered fradulent.

Kind of. Its kind of hard to get my dad to fill in his bits. I think i'll get him to do it though.
