Missing my grades - admissions tutors?

Wondering if anybody can help me - my college want me to find the admissions tutors for my firm and insurance courses, so I have a point of contact if I miss my grades. But I cannot find them anywhere!

I firmed Bsc Geography (F800) at Durham.
I insuranced Bsc Geography with Year Abroad (F805) at Exeter, but the admissions tutor is likely the same as the one for the straight F800 course.

Anybody have any idea who the admissions tutor? Or another point of contact for if I miss my grades? I can only find the head of admissions for the entire unis.

*A little disclaimer, I am aiming to get the grades needed, but this is just incase*

If you miss your grades, there is no point in contacting the admissions tutors. Universities get the your results the weekend before you do and will have had time to consider all the possible reasons why they might let you in, and if it says Unsuccessful on Track, it's game over. You are wasting valuable time you could spend in finding something you want in clearing. Here's what PQ, who works in university admissions, has to say about it:

Thank you, I am aware of that. However my college have asked me to do this, and therefore I am.

Phone up the universities and ask them who to speak to.

Your college is giving you terrible advice I'm afraid.

In results week it is unlikely that admissions staff will be contactable on their usual extensions. They'll either be directing all calls via a switchboard or central admissions line of some sort or their line will be permanently engaged.

If you're contacting universities to ask for this information then you should ask them for the contact details you should use for CONFIRMATION.
