I am hesitating between quads and woodland court for accommodation, any advice?

I wasn't there when the quads were built as they are really new.

What's the price of each per week?

Do quads have ensuite and double bed like Woodland?

They're both in the order of 160 pounds per week.

Do you think that's reasonable..?

They do have an ensuite, but the bed is smaller. The main reason I'm hesitating is because the quads rooms are really small.

Do you want to be part catered or self-catered?

Do you want a bigger room with a double bed or a smaller room with a single bed?

Do you want a lot of storage space or do you not mind having a little bit?

Do you want a wet room type shower or a built in shower or do you not mind?

I don't mind between part catered or self-catered. Ideally I would prefer having a bigger bed and room. In terms of storage space, it would be useful to have more, mainly because I don't live in Britain so I would be bringing all my things at once. A built in shower would be preferred.
It's difficult because none of these are deciding factors for me.

I'm in the same position... :/
Why aren't you considering Marlborough and Solsbury court?

Smaller

Did you stay in the Quads? If you did, did you find the catering useful? Any regrets?

Tbh I think it's insane. That's £640 a month.

I was in Westwood and it was £100 a week I think. I mean it wasn't the best thing ever but it was fine.

I won't mention what my opinion of the woodland people was when I was there.

I think you should go for a Woodland Court room if you have a lot of stuff you wanna bring. The rooms are bigger than the Quads rooms with a double bed and more storage space although this accommodation has the wet-room not the built in shower. It's also self-catered making it cheaper than the Quads.

I was, it would be my third choice only because I prefer the look of the quads and the Woodland court rooms are bigger.

Thanks a lot, that's really helpful!

No I didn't stay in the Quads. I read a lot about it and another student on here told his first hand experience of it since he actually stayed there.

I'm applying for accommodation, like you
