Indian food taste better the next day but then tastes worse after the next day

I wouldn't know, I usually either finish it all off in that one meal or finish it off before I go to bed :lol: At the latest I've had it the next day.

It's excellent the day it's prepared.
Any food tastes different/worse if you leave it that long. It's probably started to ferment and decompose after a day.
Yes, I always confuse chutney and pickle. It makes me chuckle.
I definitely agree! Tastes better the second day for some reason but idk about the day after the second because it's normally finished by then :biggrin:

My mums Indian, so she makes Biryani amazing & hers tastes better second day so yeahh!:biggrin:

In my opinion rice is always best as soon as it's made, that's one thing that you cannot say is better the second day!
