Finance /loan ? Help !!!!

I started applying for student loan, I did access in 2013 and could not get a place till this 2016 and now l m applying for tuition loan but I have been told they can't apply for tuition fees loan from student finance . I have said I m entitled to a bursary and they said after that I can complete my application. Did I miss anything as I don't know what I have to apply for and any help is much appreciated on the whole procedure all I want is to be able to start my uni this coming September. Thank you inadvance for ur advise

If you are studying an nhs funded course apply for your bursary first here:
http://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/Students.aspx

You can then also apply for a small loan from SFE
