Is your course male dominated?

what course are u doing at uni? is it male dominated?

I did English Lang & Lit. It was female dominated, with about 6 guys and 50-60 girls.

Mathematical Physics
Male to Female = 60% to 40%
I don't think we've used the post for anything.
No I study biological sciences and most of the people on my course are female.
Maths. Mainly dominated by Chinese guys.

Same as Phoebe - I am doing a Statistics MSc. The course is 70% Chinese. Among the Chinese the male/female ratio is 50/50. Out of the rest of us there is 9 men and only 5 girls so almost double. Notably in my course 3 local girls have clubbed together so it actually feels like there are only 3 girls!! And tbh I have already faced alot of sexism within the group tasks
I do geography, probably about 40% guys, 60% girls i would say.

Physics. I guess it might be about 60% guys?
In my physics class its about 3:1 boys to girls and in my maths class its about 4:1. There is another physics class that I sit at the back of sometimes and out of about 16 people there is only 1 girl...
Electronic engineering is somewhere along the lines of 130-8, by my best estimate.

my all boys school tyells me all my courses are dominated with 100% boys(at grammar school)

Accounting and Finance - I would say it's 50/50 or very close to that anyway, maybe slightly more males.
It's quite even to be honest (Biological Sciences)

Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and yes it is male dominated. Roughly 90% male, 10% female
