PFF2 Form Help

So I've completed my online application now is the PFF2 form the one my parents have to fill in? Also, can both my parents fill in the same form? Once it's been filled in do we post it? If so where to, can someone please give me the address? After that is there anything else which needs to be completed? I've only got to print my declaration and send that off. I'm just quite nervous about not completing it on time.
