UK 5 year residency form help?

Hi, i have gotten a 5 year residency form to fill in, and they say they accept school letters, however they want me to send evidence from 1/09/2011 to the present day. They say the evidence should be displayed in DD/MM/YY however the letter i have from school only has the month and year shown and it's from 2008 to 2013. Will it be fine?

That sounds fine. Send it off asap to give yourself time to deal with any questions.
