The same Jose that has gone senile and thinks everyone, including the players, is his enemy now. There's more than one manager in the world.

Jose and Van Gaal are similar. If you don't like Van Gaal you won't like Jose.

The same Laurent Blanc who can't progress past the quarter finals despite spending ridiculous amounts. Him winning the league isn't a good indicator of whether he's a good manager or not because Ligue 1 is weak as piss and any half decent manager with that PSG team would walk the league.

Jose is a pragmatic manager who adopts to the approach of the opposition.

LVG tries to impose his teams on the opponent.
