Is this girl attention seeking?

This girl has been hounded by trolls for several months ever since she defended a YouTube celebrity and stupidly created an alt and sent the trolls her personal information including her number (she told it was an old number), Facebook, Skype etc. The result being was that the trolls used it to dox (a form of hacking)her, her family and friends.

The trolls have blackmailed her into posting nudes, racist images, images/videos of her doing weird **** like cutting a swastika on her arm etc with the threat of posting the addresses of her family, friends, neighbors etc, her social security number, those nudes on the deep web. One of the trolls even threatened to have her swatted (the act of reporting a non existent crime for a armed police response ) and to send Bromine and Cyanide to several addresses.

Several people have asked her to report it to the police but according to the girl, the police can't track them down because they live in another country and have a VPN.

She betrayed another user by sending his private messages to the one of the trolls because the troll brainwashed her (he told her that he and friends would leave her alone in return for her friend's information). Obviously the troll went back on his word.

When the guy --who she betrayed--had forgiven her, he came up with a plan to help her and the plan was for her to delete her account and to create a new one but she was worried about losing all her friends and she said that "Only cowards run away". Also she said that she was no longer assed about getting her life back on track, because her life has always been bad.

If you call her out on **** then she will post long comments about bad her childhood was.

She uses her phone and she can't just turn off the app because the trolls havee threatened to the addresses of her family and friends unless she givess into demands. One girl who refused to give into demands ended up being swatted after the trolls sent her bromine.
