Charitable and non-charitable trust HELP!

£45,000 to be held on trust for the purpose of culling the moles which blight the Kendal village bowling green.

Does this seem like incorporated association or not?
How can you tell? Isnt incorporation to do with structure? i.e its incorporated.

Sorry, I meant to write unincorporated association. It doesn't seem to fall within the charitable heads and therefore I'm thinking that it is a purpose trust that using the re denley principle can be construed as indirectly benefitting individuals( e.g members belonging to the bowling green club) through that purpose of culling the moles and preserving the bowling green.
The thing that's throwing me off is because it doesn't say bowling green CLUB so I'm confused that I may be being too presumptuous. It definitely feels like a trick question to me
