If you don't mind travelling, Carnegie Mellon do Natural Language Processing with a compsci focus. I know someone who studied it there who's now running an AI company interpeting text.

I love the look of Carnegie (and a lot of US universities, actually), but they don't have financial aid for internationals so there's no way I'd be able to afford it. I'm actually putting all my hopes in Edinburgh's AI degree at the moment, because it's close enough to what I want.
maybe a degree in roasting..

Ah, cool, yeah, that's understandable.

If you have Skype, I can give him your contact details for some advice if you want? He's a busy person, so no guarantees, but he's hiring, he knows what people are looking for and what'll be practically helpful and what won't.
BA in death studies (philosophy and some basic science are required)

BA in general knowledge (science,arts,sports and philosophy) and thinking in a clever way (this may lead to a Master in Ideas)

BA in humor studies ...what makes something funny (try to find a definition) ,the psychology involved and using it to achieve your goal (advertising,persuading people in general,writing a comic/comedy/novel)

BA in Future studies (AI,space exploration,humans connected to computers, humans becoming immortal,cloning and how we should prepare our societies... actually it might be the most important profession-of course if they have any power- in the future)

Not just a module, I think the education sector, among other things, needs more serious movement into what teaching, learning and achievement actually is.

Also;
