I'M NOT EVEN SURE now

Lately I just seem to be eating 'snack sized meals' every so often, I'd hazard a guess around 4 times a day but idek. My diet has gone really awful since I ended up ill at the start of last week and hasn't really recovered (because I got better...than ill again :frown:) :/
1 meal a day.

Usually just 1 full meal and snacks throughout the day.

To be honest, one. That is dinner. Sometimes lunch but rarely breakfast.
I guess one meal is more convenient but I can't concentrate with an empty stomach

I eat two proper meals a day... and what I can find in the kitchen every hour or so. :colonhash:

Breakfast and diner, hate eating in the day (but I do need to, else there's no way I can get enough calories:colonhash:)

Yes, my snacks are like proper meals though. I would always find the time somehow :u:

A typical bulking day for me (not that I eat the same every day, but to give you an idea) might look like:

Breakfast:
Big bowl of cereal
Bit of fruit
Protein shake

Lunch:
Spaghetti Bolognaise

Meal 3:
Sandwich or baguette with meat
Liquid egg whites

Dinner:
Whatever mum's cooking (or a takeaway as a weekly(ish) treat)
Liquid egg whites if dinner wasn't very high in protein (all about dat IIFYM life)

Pre-bed/supper:
Big bowl of cereal
Bit of fruit
Protein shake


In case you're wondering, that's around 3500 calories a day. I need 3200ish just to maintain my average weight.
