There is law for big construction projects, for energy, maybe other sectors? are these sectors better if you know engineering?

Not necessarily. The vast majority of lawyers working in energy or construction won't have an engineering background, although might have an interest in the subject matter.

J-SP is chambers student a complete reference for deadlines or we should look elsewhere too? I looked at indeed and there is not much there. Also it's quite hard to monitor 200+ firms' websites!

I dont think it does any harm for some situations, but be careful you dont oversell it. They want good lawyers first. I doubt it will be seen as a significnat plus when seeking a TC, they would take more notice if you had really great grades, experience and they specialised in the area.. Are you thinking of combining it with the accountancy thread you started a moment ago?
