Accommodation - Brayford Courts, Park Courts or Lincoln Courts?

I'm applying to study History at Lincoln (starting 2016) and I've managed to narrow down my choices to these three. Brayford Courts is currently top because I've heard that they have good wi-fi (an important requirement) but I'm still unsure as to which one would be best.

The reviews seem to hint it's a great accommodation. It's also cheaper than Brayford Courts.

Park Courts is quite far away from the campus though...

Hey I will be a second year student at Lincoln Uni. Don't let the uni rob you blind with rent prices come and live with us! We have room for rent!
