How to structure a 6- Mark answer on a Required Practical?

Doing AQA AS Physics..
How would I structure a 6 Mark question on any of the 6 required practicals that we have... I mean they all follow the same lines like.
Explain the method.. and what measurements you'd take bla bla

Make a mini list of what you'll write down

method to take values for x and x
draw a graph of x against x
then use graph to work out a value for y(whatever value it asked for in the first place)

something like that
