Integration help FP2

I now have the limits as 1 and 0. And have the integration as 1/((t+ 0.5)^2 + 0.75) but I'm still not sure how to integrate this?

You should have a section in your formula booklet telling you that 1x2+a2dx=1aarctanxa\int \frac{1}{x^2 + a^2 } \, \mathrm{d}x = \frac{1}{a}\arctan \frac{x}{a}. So just plug that in with a=0.75a = \sqrt{0.75} and x=t+0.5x = t + 0.5
