Instructor Gets So Angry When i Fail

Dump him and find a better instructor. You are the one paying so you should get somebody who makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, especially when learning to drive.

.... not really a good instructor, should've gotten rid of him ages ago

Did you find him through a company or independant? But yes, you can report an approved driving instructor here, but that's probably for more serious problems I would guess!
