How is vitamin C decreasing? CONFUSED!!


(iii) Use the results of this investigation to describe the effect of temperature onthe vitamin C content of orange juice

So the answer is as temperature increases vitamin C decreases,
but if you look at the graph, isn't vitamin C increasing?

As temperature increases, the volume of juice needed increases, therefore there is less vitamin c in the same volume, so the concentration is decreasing
