Cramming advice

So i started revisng on and off from november but im still a e /d grade in my chemistry and biology. Their are my first two exams and i have got any notes for them as i repeat what i read. (Doing igsce double award ). Im i screwed or is their a chance of hope. I have been doing past papers but i need advice on how to cram and how many hours should i dedicate to cramming. Thanks in advance

Theres hope. I havent done revision properly yet. Only strated like a few days ago and even that i aint done much. THERES STILL HOPE THO!

What are you doing to revise? Whatever it is, it can't be effective if you've been working that long with no result
Try:
Condensing notes onto flashcards, doing packs of questions on topics you know you struggle with, doing past papers, teaching other people. In lessons, ask for help as much as possible. Watch videos, but keep pausing it and writing down key information. There are loads of other methods out there depending on your learning style
