How to stop someone coming to my party

So basically, this is gonna be a bit of a long story...
There's this guy who used to be my friend back when I was like 13, but he's really weird now (last time he came over he was trying to get me to watch one man one jar and we're 17...) anyways I don't really have that many close friends at my school, and I guess I used to class him as a close friend but I don't anymore.
So me and my other 2 close friends (who this guy hates) are organizing a post exams, late my birthday thing at my house... And someone tells this guy about my party! So he comes up to me and he's like why didn't you invite me and guilt tripped me right in the middle of school for like 10 minutes straight... I was like its being organized by people you hate and it's really not your scene, but he's like determined to go.
I really don't want to sound mean, but he's so odd, he's really inconsiderate and I really don't want him to come - the only thing is, I only have 3 people who I could possibly class as friends in my school, and he's on the border of classing as one...
Well really long story short, how do I tell him not to come without hurting his feelings?
Batista Bomb him.

No like the three people are my three close friends, there's like 40 total, it's just breaking it down really basically at my school there are two social groups and he's the only one coming who's not in the same group....what's Batista Bonb by the way ahaha
Well you're only worried about hurting his feelings because you realise this kind of person can be dangerous if you offend him. The best thing for you to do is to explain to him that his behaviour is unacceptable and he needs to do something about it if he wants to hang out with you guys.

What's wrong with one man one jar? I always watch it while eating breakfast
Tell him the details have changed and give him the wrong info for the party, give him a different time and date so he'll show up when its all over or something

That is not a wise thing to do.

Thank you everyone for your advice  one other thing I was thinking was maybe offer to have a desperate party for him / his group of friends?

i would just let him come. spend the entire time talking to your friends, and if he tries to join in, make halfassed attempts to include him. have your friends be generally rude to him.
cut his legs off

Or just say you can't come it might hurt his feelings but you've only got one more year or less (if your doing A2) until uni and then you don't need to see him again he doesn't seem much like a good friend any way.

This is the moment you decide whether you truly want him to ever be your friend since if you say no you'll never be able to ask him for help of any kind or stuff like that. Or say you just forgot and stay friends. I'd know which one i'd choose.

Then just tell him. or you could just hint at it......
How many people are going to your party? Why not just let home come, I'm sure he'll blend into the background?

Don't do anything nasty - some of these replies are incredibly thoughtless and cruel.

How would you feel if that were you?!

Maybe you could try being nice to him - he was your friend once after all. Maybe his weird behaviour has come from lack of friendship or socialising and your influence could help him.
You need to make up your mind first whether he's your friend or not. If he isnt then tell him he isnt invited. That is perfectly fine. Its inconsistent to say he's 3rd on your list but you are happy to invite all these other people before him?

You could have a word with him and say you are concerned there will be trouble becayse your other friends will be there and he hates them. You cna use that as an excuse not to invite him or a condition that if he causes trouble, then he should leave. If he cant agree to that then dont invite him.

Thanks again guys 😊
I just told him that if he comes, he has to accept that I'm not going to be able to spend all my time with him and if anything starts between him and other people he'll leave.
Also, before anyone thinks I'm really horrible - he's got quite a lot of other friends and often goes to their parties, it's just like we kind of grew part I guess 😕
Thanks everyone for your advice 👊
