Alevel physics unit 3B WPH03 question

Hi
I have a doubt in edexcel physics unit 3B june 2009 paper question5 and the mark scheme also isnt available
Can u please help me

The answer to this question is A, if u look carefully at the direction of conventional current flow you can see at A the diode is connected in foroward bias also a variable source is needed in order for us to vary the emf and notice the value at whîch thè diode starts to conduct :smile:

Yes, if u look at the markscheme carefully there were only 4 answers for the MCQs, while there were 5 questions on the actual paper
