I know, why not just say, sorry we've been really busy we're still working our way through, or any actual reason rather than being so vague. Especially when they said just yesterday they should be released today.

Interesting, as they only interviewed 9 people which implies 3 places...
AFAIK two places were also not approved (Hull and a second at Sheffield). A chap here interviewed, so I thought he would have been given the correct info.
Im waiting on cardiac too... Ironic that all this waiting is probably going to give me a heart attack!! I just spoke to them though and they said they'll be out by the end of the day?! What's with these mixed messages they're sending us :s-smilie:

It's so cruel! I just want to be put out of my misery!! Or y'know if they'd just said Friday from the start that would have been cool too!
I hope it's not on Friday since it's Friday the 13tg!

Eeeek I hadn't realised about Friday 13th! That's beyond a joke hah. I just want to know be it good or bad!
Just had another email from a different staff member to say 'No reason we always said they would be released between 9th and 11th' which it makes it sound like they're still going to be released today. Not sure who really knows what's going on? So frustrating!
Just got an offer for Cardiac Science at Papworth!!!! :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin:

Any in service people still waiting to hear? I'm still waiting for my in service Med Phys offer to (hopefully) come through. This has been the longest 3 days of my life!


I'm in service waiting for Clinical Bioinformatics (Physical Science) - I'm a nervous wreck because I've seen someone mention an in-service offer, and an offer in the same specialism. I wish I knew which order they were doing them in, so I knew when to really starting worrying. Good luck!

I'm in-service too and I haven't heard anything. I know a few other in-service applicants who haven't heard anything either so don't worry :smile:

It only said withdrawn for Cardiac on the alert. I just got interview complete. Appointable but on Waiting list - potential reserve for Vascular. Looks like Cambridge it is!

I know! Thanks! I'm really surprised. I didn't think my Cardiac interview went well at all and thought I had a much better chance for Vascular! I'm so glad the wait is over!
