gcse science resit grade

hi im retaking my core science next week to try and get a B, if i did worse from my previous result and got a D this time will my C from before still count

Well we don't want to get a D do we? We want more than that and you know you can do it, let's not even consider achieving such grades yet.

I am also re-sitting my core. I got a B and realllyyy want an A. Do you know if the exam will be relatively harder, because I heard resit exams are made harder. Also does anyone know the grade boundaries or predicted 6 mark questions?
