True. Remember in 2008 when they were against the nationalisation of the banks. It proved then that they weren't credible with the economy

Define your definition of credible.

Since coming to power to 2010 they've had 3 years with weak growth and 3 with good growth. Bar 1 year they've seen consecutive years of rising private sector employment. They've seen 2 years of high inflation, 2 of low and 2 near normal.

They supported it and even walked through the division lobby with Labour. Your mistaking the party as being the back bench rabble.

Because it was the shallowest double dip recession on record and was so weak that both 2011 and 2012 still delivered net growth.

It was more of a stall than a recession.
In addition, OP, perhaps you could state what you believe to be the main goals of economic policy. Clarity over goals and objectives should precede assessment of success/credibility IMO.
