I found pushing my hips forward slightly at the bottom and remaining in that position helped by CoG a lot on pressing tbh.

Agreed, hips through and big chest
Mixed session tonight.

Squats:

157.5 x 5/5/5

Some not so good reps, some better reps. Some a bit too deep, and again letting gaze wander during set.

Paused bench press:

92.5 x 3/3/3/3/3

Again not too bad at all.

Deadlifts:

200 x 0

Dunno what happened here. Perhaps my legs were tired from the squats. Setup never felt particularly right on any of the warm-ups. Maybe I didn't eat enough either, but 200 just did not want to come off the ground tonight.

SGDLs:

120 x 5/4

First time doing these in a long time. These really hurt your hands...

Some foam rolling and lacrosse ball work, then home.
Not a bad session this afternoon.

Squats:

120 x 5/5

Light squats.

Press:

67.5 x 5/5/5/5/5

Not too hard, except for last couple of reps on last set as I was a bit fatigued.

Barbell rows:

90 x 6/6/6/6

Not too bad.

Then home.
How much do you weigh if you don't mind me asking?

I was around 90 for several years until the start of this one. At 80 kg I would not be able to be sufficiently strong to bench over a plate each side.

I'm guessing you're maintaining now? Strong lifts anyhow.

Great to hear
Decent session tonight.

Squats:

160 x 5/5/5

A bit harder.

Paused bench:

95 x 3/3/3/3/3

A bit harder.

Chins:

bodyweight x 8/3

Tonight wasn't a night I would get lots of chin ups done...

Some foam rolling then home.
Okay session tonight.

Squats:

162.5 x 5/5/5

Same as last time.

Press:

70 x 5/5/5/5/5

Same as last time.

Deadlifts:

200 x 3

Better than last time but still not what I was hoping for.

Then home.
How tall are you? Strong deads.

Why not?
Your existence, as a concept has been a part of my life for about 7 years, and I guess if pushed to guess, I'd have gone for about 5 10

Not sure why you guys thought I was like five ten. If I was that height that 90 kg would be a much more palatable bodyweight.
Okay session tonight. Third heavy squat session this week.

Squats:

165 x 5/5/5

Hard.

Paused bench press:

97.5 x 3

Shoulders and arms were ****ed, after the other pressing work I have done this week and the squats just tired my out generally. Got the first set but with no spot didn't feel like attempting any more. Instead, I wanted to go home and eat pizza.

Then went home.
