i think the grade boundaries are probably going to be lower because from previous research i have observed that the papers that come in leap years such as this year are much harder especially the additional science papers, however this also means that thee grade boudaries will be lower because aqa alwayys compare the grade boudaries and the difficulty of the paper with a previous paper
but what i think the situtation is that
b1 b2 b3 p1 p2 p3 are going to be lower boundary but a much harder paper

I feel like the 6 marker for b1 may be something to do with clinical trials or plant hormones only because there hasn't been anything like that in the past. I may be wrong...

Yeah I think the 6 marker is drug trials...but in terms of the paper itself I'm doomed if the carbon cycle and decay comes up...

I have to say I'm glad I'm taking my GCSEs this year. Things are getting harder from next year onwards and not just in science.

Me too.. the grade boundary for an a* on a b1 paper has gone up by about 9 marks just over 4 years..

i think its unfair, however, there are some links in the content. But, im more of a binge revise so would've preferred them to be separated :smile:
