AQA Bio Unit 1 6 Markers

Anyone got any suggestions for what the six markers could be on for unit 1 tomorrow? Pretty positive it won't be auxin or adaptation, any one got anything useful?

yeah!! i've seen a fair bit of that along with people suggesting drugs trials??

People are talking about drug trials... that would be really easy.
I think they'll try on something harder such as genetic engineering and cloning.

I think they'd probably give you lots of data and tell you what to write, you just have to put it into prose, probably something like

What are the stages when producing a new drug?
You should talk about
-Phase 1
-Phase 2
-Phase 3
-(what ever was next)

Writing a couple of points for each bullet point usually works for me.

By the way, this is the higher tier, right?

FYI I wrote the question myself so don't trust the actual question, it was just something I thought of off the top of my head

Drug trials I guarantee

They'll give an example of a drug to put you off
e.g.
"Djkanbnaiv is a drug that treats people with depression.
Djkanbnaiv was tested fully before it was used in mass production.

Explain the stages involved in drug trialling."

That does sound about right to be fair

I honestly hope that is the only long question though; in one of the past papers there was a 6 marker, and two 5 markers, or something similar.

I wouldn't mind having lots or 2 or 3 markers

Yea I hope there's loads of small 1-2-3 mark questions
but i usually make mistakes on that because there's so many different questions and i dont read stuff properly
having said that if there is a 5 mark question i think it will be on fertility treatment

I forget everything about fertility, like oestrogen, and LH and FSH... so i'm hoping that that doesn't come up.
