So did I but it asked to put it state symbols aswell.

I'm pretty sure you didn't have to balance it or put state symbols in...

It said there is no need to balance this equation so yeah
Can anyone remember what they got for the question which asked you to draw the "Oxygen in the ring" or something like that?

What question was that :O

They gave you an alkene there was an oxygen atom inside it or something like that? Can u not remember?

No, what was your answer, I might be able to remember.

I drew it quite weird

It looked something like that.

My oxygen was at the top then there was a Carbon on the left and right. No carbon in the middle for me though.

Do you think I can get the mark for mines?

You're one looks more right however I think it said that there can only be three atoms in the ring that's including the oxygen and then 2 carbons. Not sure though.

Hydration is when u add H^2 not B^2

That's hydrogenation, not hydration

Hunter I did it the exact same way as you. WAS SO CLOSE DOING IT LEWIS'S WAY

Hopefully I get something

What did you guys put for the method one and the one predict the amount of energy in hexan-2-ol or something?

I can't remember what was my prediction, But I think for the method one I wrote Method A, Because in B ethanol is lost before heating the copper can. Something like that

I wrote method B as you light the Bunsen burner first, not sure though :/
