do you reckon i'll get away with saying that but delayering, decisions are implemented quicker and with less distortion (Chinese whispers) as the decision passes through less people, this would motivate workers because they get clearer instructions and have a better idea of what to do??

Here are some of the questions guys, I'll add more if I remember, or you can post some more

Define Marketing stratgey ( 2 marks)
Define Product Portfolio ( 2 marks)
Explain one reason how Aston Martin have used differentiation in their premium priced cars ( 4 marks)
Assess two non-price factors that affect the demand for premium priced cars (8 marks)
Define Entrepreneur (2 marks)
Define Business objective ( 2 marks)
Explain how the design mix affects Aston Martin's premium priced cars (4 marks)
Calculate the income elasticity of demand for Approved Foods (4 marks)
Explain how Approved Foods would use income elasticity of demand (4 marks)
Assess what effect removing layers has on worker motivation (10 marks)
Asses the effect social trends have on the channels of distribution (8 marks)
Assess the importance of profit maximisation on Approve Foods (10 marks)
Evaluate whether Post Office expansion or Online sales should be used to expand Bunches (20 marks)

20 Mark was Evaluate and recommend which whether distribution would be increased through Post Office or through Online Sales and whether one of them would lead to an increase in profit.
What was business objectives
What was an entrepreneur
What was product portfolio
There was some question on design mix. I'll write the rest as soon as I remember it.

id say yes but only if you got good marks on them, so like say 16/20 and you got most of the marks on the small questions

Yes.. cuz after section A, I just went to section C and do the 20 marker.
plus the YED took me ages to find the number dun know why :'(

You may scrape a C or B depending on the boundaries. I only had 10 mins for the 20 marker so didnt do too well I expect. Just aim for an A on Tuesday to secure a better grade. :smile:
