Multiple choice should only take about 8 minutes and you should leave at least 30 minutes at the end for the essay questions to allow yourself to plan.

I was told my PEP and AOP was 15/20 so what would it be out of 10???

I can never seem to finish the paper/write quick enough!! always happens with English as well but I sometimes only manage to scrape 1 mark out of the last 6 marker as I run out of time. any tips for order of the questions to get them all done? or tips on writing faster lol, would be appreciated ))

Its an 80 mark paper with 90 minutes. Aim to spend no longer than a minute per mark and then on the 6 markers maybe a little extra or instead you may even have time to check through your paper in the remaining time. Don't spend like 5 minutes on a 2 marker coz it just wont be worth it. so basically just be aware of how many marks questions are worth and how long you're spending on them x

For the health related components of fitness i remember the phrase : Could be fat or Muscley (yer i know it's strange but works:smile:) C stands for cardiovascular fitness, B stands for body composition, f for flexibility, M for muscular strength and endurance

I say for the influences for participation is:
Pe (People - Family/Peers/Role models)
Students (Socioeconomic - Cost/Status)
Can (Culltural - Age, Gender, Race, Disability)
Intensely (Image - Media/Fashion)
Revise (Resources - Availiability/Accessibility/Location/Time)
Hard (Health - General health effects decisions)

Hope this helps

Any quick last minute revision tips? I have only done the main topics for revision and just realised I could get screwed over tomorrow. Any tips would be useful.
Not just about learning content but how you apply this to exam questions as they could be worded weirdly! Most of all good luck everyone.

Predictions
- Postions available in sport
- The Sports Participation Pyramid
- Types of Training
- Heart rates and graphs
- Body Types
- Drugs
- Cardiovascular and Respiratory System (adaptations)

Possible 6 Mark Q's:
- Something to do with upcoming Olympics, e.g. Target Setting and Drugs
- Factors contributing to performance

So for the 6 markers do you reckon smart targets could come up?
What do you mean by factors contributing to performance?

How would target setting relate to the Olympics? - well unless you're the one participating.
