I may be a little confused. When I said about Pump Court I didn't apply to them directly I applied through the Justice Scheme. The email re delays didn't come from the host chambers but from the Legal Education Foundation

Congratulations to all of those with first round interviews. I've noticed a few of you asking for some tips and general advice on what to expect so I thought I'd pop in and tell you about a film we made at the end of last year's Pupillage Gateway process.

We asked 4 of our recently graduated ULaw BPTC students with pupillage (Lamb Building, Devereux, 1KBW and 4 Pump Court) to participate in a first round interview with the Heads of Pupillage at Outer Temple and 5 St Andrew's Hill. The filming was done in real-time and all of the questions are taken from first round pupillage interviews last year. If any of you have read 5 Essex Court's 'Report on the 2015 Application Round', you'll see they've said they 'commend [the video] to all applicants'.
