How will the coursework mark affect my grade?

If I have 25% of my coursework grade at an A*, how will that affect the grade I get for my exam? I'm predicting that I won't be getting an A* in my exam.

It depends what grade you get in the exam. Say you have 3 exams for that subject and you get A, B and B, your A* coursework would bring your total grade up to an A.

Thank you! We have 2 exams, so I'm hoping that with my coursework grade the grades I get in my exams (probably B/A) will be brought up to an A.
