That's the probability of him losing all 3 games, you needed to minus the probability of losing just one game and two games and the various combinations

Not sure but markscheme will likely allow 4.15 imo

That's what I did! I don't know but in the previous mark schemes there have been a range allowed for the IQR, so maybe!

For question 5) could you have worked out P(R and S) by doing P(R) X P(S) ?

can't remember the exact questions of Q7. the first time it asked to compare to significance level for n is 20, 0 results is still greater than 10%. (k was 13, being the min significance level to reject H0) . In the very last question, less than or equal to 2 people with pin 1234 was 5.3% > 5% therefore don't reject H0.

WTF that was the S1 hardest paper I've done out of all the past papers! Hopefully the grade boundaries are low.

Graphical calculator says 4 for IQR so I say 4

Think it was only 1 mark
Surely for the last question it gave us the probability that X=2 and that was less than 5%?
I got 4 for the iqr but not sure method was right, added the 5th and 6th term then divided by 2 to get 27.8. Added the 15th and the 16th then divided by 2 to get 31.8 so the iqr is 4. Is that right method for working out 5.25th term and 15.75th term? Only question that I'm slightly worried about

For a hypothesis test you use the P(X is less than or equal to 2) not P(X=2)
