GCSE maths edexcel b 26th may 2016 exam - post answers!

Q12 (gradient) i got 0.5 think its actually 0.2666
Q14 (Rain probability) Put down 1.1, or myt be 0.036 dunno

?? I dont remember gym, or coin probability??

Or the gradient??? there wasnt a gradient question?

I was taking the Ed excel Modular Maths B unit 1 paper think u wer doing Paper A or somthin

For Q3 it simplifies to x + 2. Q14 is definitely 0.036 as the probability of something happening always has to be less than or equal to 1. For the gradient I ended up putting 0.27 as I rounded it. Got the same answers for Q5 Q7 Q10 Q15 Q16. I got something around £4000 for the car question, and 3 years for the compound interest one. Again can't remember the Q numbers but the correlation was positive and for the relationship it was train B's speed stays constant and for train A as the time increases so does the speed.

Q1 - sample biased as all boys, or sample too small.
Q4 - upper bound was 37.5 and lower bound was 36.5.
Q6 - I wasn't too sure, I said a child hosted a party.

ahh yeah, but unit A also had rain probability xD and IQR (but different answer)
Do you think the grade boundaries will be higher or lower than last year's exam (an A* was 54/60)? Thanks :smile:
