I'm afraid it does, i did mean it as a compliment though.

So you're a bit of a perfectionist then? I get what you mean, used to mention things like interest rates as a teenager and my friends had no clue what i was on about:P

why two years younger at heart? dont quite want to be an adult yet?:P

Kind of... but i m not thinking it, people have physically told me what they believe my age to be, its that annoying sentence "oh i thought you were 17, you dont look 21" or "you speak like you're 25, you cant be 21".

 I didn't mean you were thinking it. I dont know what I'm thinking

Is it the same thing for you, then?

Sure is! I look like a Year 8, but my bookshelf- for example- looks like that of a PhD student of Linguistics, Classics and Dramaturgy all put together.

Can be a blessing and a curse

that's exactly how i still feel about it, you could still try and get child bus/train fares like i used to:P

Physical age? As opposed to metaphysical age?

chronological age, would that be better?

Yeah, maybe laziness just comes into play with that and they don't grow out of old habits.

And for sure I take it as a compliment

I think you're right it did come across as laziness most of the time.

I'm like Peter Pan, no desire to grow up (though it will happen eventually). I don't like change but accept it over time, and I don't really do anything that requires me to be 18.

you're only 16?! Wow lmao

I am. How old did you think I was?

I'm 19, how old I act depends on who I'm with and where. I feel 17 at heart

It sounds like you're extremely well read! Yep, I can imagine why people would assume you were much older if they didn't see you.
Oooo this topic has my interest...
I'm 14, I look 14, I act anywhere from 5 to 30
