WJEC AS Unit 1 Exam

Cant find a thread for the exam. How did everyone find it? I thought they put a lot of emphasis on chemical calculations (more so than the old spec) & I almost ran out of time at the end :s-smilie:

I thought the calculations were unlike any I'd seen before on any past paper. How about you?

Yeaaa I found them really hard too - any there were so many!! Lots of people from my school struggled & looking on Twitter I think everyone found the paper generally quite hard

Yeah they were very difficult! Annoying that only 20% of the paper was actual subject knowledge

I ran out of time... it was quite tricky in my opinion. Anyone have an unofficial mark scheme for WJEC AS Unit 1 Chem?
