I thought the most polar molecule was BF3 And I thought the reducing agent was C2O4
BF3 has polar bonds but since there are no lone pairs and bonds are identical, dipoles cancel out and its a non polar molecule.ClF3 had 2 lone pairs making it the most polar

Ohh okay, and what about the reducing agent, C2O4 or Cr2O7 ?
