I got:
2100x for the magnification question
C for the metaphase question
It's 3D for the electron microscope one
Can't remember the other questions

For the calibration curve one, I wrote about how they could change known concentrations to determine colours and then able to compare the colour of an unknown concentration to determine a rough idea of the concentration. 0 idea if that was correct.

For the changing the plant growth into hours for the last 2 i got 4x10^-3
and the graph i plotted dipped at the beginning but then rose until it leveled off at the end.

I didn't get the calibration curve one.
I got the same for plant growth but my graph decreased then plateaud

I described semi conservative replication, so DNA polymerase then free floating nucleotides pairing up with each strand

I think for the TEM question the answer was the object is black and white
I wrote chi squared for the statistical test, but everyone thinks its students unpaired t test:frown:

I think the chi squared test is for grouped data
What did people say for the "what evidence is there for this being part of the phospholipid bilayar?" question?

It was not about TEM tho it was about SEM so the answer is 3D image.
