Sports Direct Uniform?

I recently got a job at sports direct and the guy asked me if I had a clean pair of trainers. I recently got rid of the pair i owned because they were looking old and grubby and ordered a pair of vans in their place. They're the black sk8 hi ones. I was just wondering if these would be alright? They do sell vans at sports direct so it's still like I'm wearing/promoting the brands they sell.
Thoughts?
