Definitely tell her. You don't want that guilt hanging over you for years.
Just be straight up.
Either that or she somehow finds out in like 5 years and you're screwed and she suddenly can't trust you anymore.

i don't think you should. i've had my fair share of relationships destroyed because i spoke the truth. if no one saw you guys, how will your mrs find out?? you won't have to risk hurting her if you don't tell her. also, no need to feel guilty - i don't think you initiated it, so it should be fine!

I think we're all assuming that he didn't initiate the kiss, in which case it's not his fault.

Of course; if he did initiate the kiss after all, then she will probably break up with him; and for good reason.

Dont listen to anyone telling you to tell your gf. Most of the people on TSR are virgins and have no clue about relationships.
