PHD from BsC Geology
I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to do a phd right after finishing my bsc ?
I know an mgeol is usually required, but I know it isn't the case for all courses, so I was wondering if anyone knows how it is like for geology...

Look on findaphd.com or a similar website to get an idea of what the requirements are. You may want to consider applying for both PhDs and MScs and seeing what you get.
